On the other hand, Im taking a leave tomorrow, I so need my weekdays break and furthermore, next week I would be having my new shift, 10am - 7pm. #$%^%&%$ wth. hahha. And just now at work, there's this one caller, she very different from the others. She was so irritating, boastful, annoying and what-so-ever.

She lost her membership card and she wants a new card to be send to her. So I told her that it's the company policy that 1000 mileage [somesort like points to redeem an airflight ticket] deducted. The moment I said this, she started screaming like 'unreasonable, unfair!" , "Krisflyer should give me better services, and bla bla...", "I've been travelling alot, and this is how you guys repay me..." WHATEVER LARH !!!!

And in case you dont know, she lost her membership card cause she got stolen in Sydney. EH WHATEVER LAR, I WONT BUY YOUR GRANDMOTHER STORY OK. ANYONE CAN COME UP WITH THAT REASON. ITS SO FAKE la.

I kept quiet and started repeating myself, "Yes Madam, I understand your situation / what you going through now, bla bla" And after that, she still insist on not deducting her 1000 miles, and so I called up my Duty Manager and asked for her help, and after explaining to the manager that customer had been travelling alot with SIA, so we decided to waive the 1000 miles and gave her the CARD again for FREE.

So, I told her the good news after putting her on hold for like 8minutes, and she started saying that she is now at Sydney and bla bla, and I thought that she would be happy that no deduction from her account. BUT, SHE WAS NOT HAPPY, SHE STARTED SHOUTING, as in REAL shouting, I swear my ears were burning like volcano, and I got so angry with her, I was rolling my eyes, and sighing, and I MUTE HER, and started cursing her.

THEN SHE STARTED CRYING !!! LIKE WTF. Hello woman, why are you crying? Why are you complaining? WTH. She even said that she wants to lodge a complain regarding about deducting 1000 miles from her accnt. HELLO!!! I SAID ALRDY, NO DEDUCTION. Then I kept on repeating myself, "MAM, NO DEDUCTION, You get it for free."

Then she started saying that she going to call her brother who is currently at Milan, EH WHATEVER LA K. As if I scared. LOL. Then I called my duty manager to talk to her, I seriously cannot tahan her. She is like the worst caller ever larh! REALLY. And, she is a MALAY. Typical malay. wtf.

Typical malay say, "Kalo da kaya, lagak semacam. Bebual pun tak betul, nak aksyen bagus je, slang pun tak betul." She made my after lunch day horrible.!!!!

And so, I couldn't wait to have fun this saturday. It's like so effing bored, and I want to go out. hahha. Ok bye!
