im so sicked with SBS seriously. No matter how many complaints are being lodge, i still think no changes being implemented. blargh. and also, with all the complaints we made, at the end of the day, we STILL need to take SBS/SMRT. well, i think i am a hypocrite because i criticised SBS so much, but i still use their services. -_-
Ok how about this, why don't we have another competitor/company that has the same business objective like SBS/SMRT? Ah! We are so sicked with the usual rants ok, not punctual/late/smelly/no air con (sometimes too cold, or too hot). But then again, i know its not easy to please everyone.
BUT I DONT CARE, IM A TYPICAL SINGAPOREAN. SINGAPOREANS LIKE TO COMPLAIN. So, i will complain as much as I can. HMPH
